I work at American Eagle. The discount is 25% off of things on sale or clearance. 50% off new floor sets for a limited time, usually about a month or so. Then 40% off everything else. The pay is minimum wage but there’s a chance to get a raise, which is usually about 2-5%. It ends up being a quarter or two. The raise is based off of your performance and whether you’re pretty good at selling or not. The hours I’ve been getting are usually shifts that are three to four hours.
