		<description>well if its gonna be short term, be constant money, then maybe consider sales you sell houses, you can sell anything! or could you try going to work part time for a construction company that sells stuff - like fireplaces, heater units, ac units, etc. work part time with them, because your experience with commercial real estate and knowing what owners want will help the co. you could use the money and you might make a few good contacts in the process. if not there is always retail.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
