I have a job interview tomorrow morning at a call centre, I have never been to an interview for a call centre. What sort of questions might they ask me and how should I answer them?

They’ll probably ask you to tell them about yourself, your skills, and experience. They might ask you why you want this job and how your customer service skills are. I’m willing to bet they’ll give you a scenario and ask you how you’d handle the situation.

If they haven’t already, most call centers I know of do voice tests to make sure you have a pleasant speaking voice and can be understood on the phone.
