Basically I’m trying to find job finder websites, or companies he could work for, that are legit and would actually help with this particular field of work. He has about 7 yrs experience as well.
Here is an idea for you. Try going to http://www.findanyfloor.com/ and searching for flooring installers in the area you mentioned. You can search by zip code or state. This is the most complete list of flooring installers that I have found on the web. Then once you find some, call around and see if anyone is hiring. These days, not too many people are advertising for work. Work usually comes to them. You may also want to try posting on the forums http://www.findanyfloor.com/forum.xhtml
